Often described as a hospital in the community, ACTT is a comprehensive community based service designed to provide the highest level of care for those living with mental illness, while they live in their community. Services are individualized and provided by a trans-diciplinary team that includes a Liscenced Team Leader, a Psychiatrist, an RN, a Qualified Mental Heatlh Professional, a Vocational Specialist, A Substance Abuse Specialist, a Peer Specialist, and a Program Assistant. ACTT is a clinical home for those being served and is available to those on the team twenty-four/seven as the first reposnder.
